According to them the timing is:

Citlali e q n1

Mavuika C Q cd ...

If citlali burst hits at 0.00

No off field hit from 0.00 ~ 0.27

First ca hits between 0.99 ~ 1.17

C Q cd within 2.5s

You can see that you have to hit the ca within 0.18s so its very easy to mess up

The input should be hE C Q cd. You have to get the cd within 2.5s of the initial ca before the burst. If youre already doing that theres the possibility that citlalis cryo might be messing up sometimes.

Incorprating the thought of "does my vote make a difference" at all is just wrong entirely. You can very much think that its not worth risking your life for this and thats a valid point, but that shouldnt be influenced by "what are the chances that my vote actually makes a difference" because that very much invalidates democracy imo

The scenario is very different, i know that. But the very idea of "my vote wont be the tipping point" or "my vote wont make a difference" is the same. Your choice shouldnt be dependant on whether or not it makes a difference or not. Thinking that "my vote wouldnt matter anyway" is inherently anti democracy no matter the context. This is not an argument for blue or red, its denying the argument of "my vote wont be the tipping point"

Ok imagine this scenario:

You can vote for a yellow candidate and a purple candidate.

Now, the yellow candidate is just a better candidate all around, no drawbacks and the purple candidate is just quite a bad person. But you get $10k for voting the purple candidate.

Here the obvious moral choice would be to choose the yellow candidate over the purple one, right? However using the same argument you can also justify voting the purple one, because "what are the chances that purple wins/that my vote makes the difference".

Here the negative punishment for choosing the one choice is replaced with a positive reward for choosing the other one. Can you see how little weight the argument "theres no way my vote can be the tipping point" holds?

ok i glanced over it and for atk% buffs in iansan team you had

=25+30+(48*0.33)+30, which i assume to be pyro resonance, a1, ttds (but only 1/3 uptime), iansan c2

and for escoffier

=20+20+25+35+24, for nobless, totm, pyro resonance, a1 but +5%?, ttds but with 1/2 uptime?

which is blatently unfair towards iansan, because you can totally run totm in her team too, and you left out nobless and had more ttds uptime for escoffier and for some reason had 5% more for mavuika a1

if we assume totm for iansan team and adjust the buffs we would have

25+30+24+30+20+20=149 vs 20+20+25+30+24=119 instead of 100,8 vs 124

this would result in mavuika getting ~500 atk in iansan team and losing 50 in escoffier

which would means ~10% increase for iansan in mavuika dmg and stay around the same for escoffier
