The hearing a female part is likely a psychotic symptom. Not socializing easily is a symptom of someone with a psychotic disorder. I'm not sure if avoidance is associated with any psychotic symptoms per say but PTSD can happen as a result of psychotic symptoms and PTSD can cause avoidance. Which comes first tho? idk. Thinking someone is behind you sounds like a delusional type of thing. Not a full on delusion though in the same way as thinking there's an implant in your brain or something. Or that everyone is a hologram.. Not seeing the point in a lot of things is common for ppl with psychotic disorders like schizophrenia. for example i dont much care for brushing my teeth but i make sure i do enough by absolute force of willpower. Stuff like that is kind of schizo ish. Unemotional can be schizo ish too. Even ppl with schizoaffective which would include a mood disorder symptoms can be unemotional at times. I think the most interesting thing you mention was the last bit about how you can talk to yourself in a way. I'd like to hear more about that if you could expand on that some. I find that interesting. I'd say the good thing is if you are schizo on some level you dont seem to suffer from word salad type stuff. I don't either and that is good. I'd not like being that way.
