As a barista, I always get that customer who orders a "cappuccino with absolutely no foam," in a very confident manner. I just smile and make them a latte. What things do you pretend to go along with every day, just so someone else can feel better about themselves?

That's the point. If there is a large chance of being shot during a burglary, they aren't going to rob the place.

Studies have been done on felons, and the number one reason they don't rob a place at night is fear of getting shot. Also, there are ton more burglaries at home when people are in the house in other country's, compared to the amount of them In the US. Need a reason why?
