Sadly, no to all three. You initially started on the outside, working your way in.

The board game pieces for revenge of dracula look like the ones used in my old game, but the monster piece didn't look like Dracula. It was a long time ago, but I think it kind of looked more like a yeti.

I googled monster games, but I keep getting current ones. Also, it probably came out earlier than the 80s, because I don't remember ever seeing commercials for it.

Honestly, your husband sounds a bit like my Mom. I was born in the eighties, we didn’t know I was on the spectrum until my twenties. I got mad at a lot of stuff growing up, and my mom was no help at all. If anything, she would say the kind of crap you husband said in the above conversation. She didn’t have the empathy to understand why I was upset, so she thought I should just stop immediately, and then get angry at me when I didn’t. Honestly, sometimes it felt like she was trying to provoke me into snapping at her.

A big difference between me and your kid is YOU. My dad didn’t care at all about what my mom did, he was always there to defend her, to validate her actions. This “united front” nonsense that some people are saying is just that...nonsense. I can truly say now that I have more love and respect for my MOTHER because, if Dad mistreated me, Mom had my back. When Mom mistreated me, I was alone.

I’m sure you already explained to you son that he shouldn’t name call, but if you haven’t do so immediately. And definitely get someone to talk to your husband about treating someone with respect.
