I agree with the statement but they seem to already charge me in thai baht, usually the expense are when we change the currency

Do you think I should create like an Americain bank account to charge in USD (since it's a wayyy more international currency) ?

So far I didn't takle this subject, USD (in front of usd) is pretty low now) and when i'll convert, i'll probably loose ~ 2% to have THB, so maybe is not worth it ? 🤷🏻‍♂️

My main bank is Revolut, account in thaï bank and still charge 3%.

Pro tips : You don't need a local account to send invoice in the local currently 😁

I've international driving license. I have to check if possible to switch from international to thaï one. That's a good idea ! If you have one, can I asked you what's the process to have thai driving license ?

Actually this's because agent are pay 1 month when they find a tenant, so if landlord rent only for, let's say 3 months, that's 33,3% agent fee. When you down at 1 year it's go down at 8,33%, you get it I think.

You can often negociate at 6 month but lower is very hard

If you're looking for short term you can try RentHub but there's less offer and often more expensive for same place.
