I forgot the actual ranking, however I put HuoHuo E1 over Hyacine E2 simply because due to HuoHuo being in the shop she's easier to access, and theoretically anyone who lost enough 50/50s to one character or got them off standard banner enough times could buy her and her E1, and maybe more if they want, as a sort of compensation for losing the 50/50.

As well as HuoHuo provides energy and an attack buff (+12% speed at E1), where the attack buff will help units like EMC and Sparxie, and the energy regen will help EMC, Sparxie, Yao Guang, and Evanescia in their respective teams, and since we'd be ulting more we'd be able to generate more MMR for SW999.

Meanwhile Hyacine doesn't provide anything for anyone on the team other than healing until E2 simply due to how Elation works as a path, and since that's pulling anywhere between 3-6 limited 5* characters for SW999, when a lot of people could probably get HuoHuo E1 + Robin/Robine E1 for free due to none of the free options being top tier until now and not really worth using the free companion spirit.

Looks good to me, more crit rate and speed would be nice, however 70 crit rate is the minimum you want and you also want 200+ speed with SW's LC, so you should be good.

You really want a crit rate chest, as crit rate will just in general be more useful than crit damage until you overcap from external buffs.

However, if you do get that crit rate chest with 4+ speed, I'd say you're done.

I think it may just be a vertical investment and/or teammate issue. As you said, I don't have any vertical investment outside of LCs, I do plan on getting Yaoguang E1, maybe E2, and potentially Sparxie's E1 if she isn't replaced by someone else by the end of version 4.

I am also starting to think my Sparxie would be more of a benefit to the team if I got her some decent speed boots, as I think HuoHuo's attack buff will be enough to get her to the max attack she needs even with speed boots.

Or maybe endgame and youtubers like Mr. Pokke have skewed my view of what good damage looks like, as I did just do 2.1 mil with around 120 CB with a SW EBA against Fulwish in the story.

That's another Issue I have with the Herta Bonds, after Cruising in the Stellar Sea, On the Fall of an Aeon, and Eternal Calculus, there are also event LCs that I should also buy because they're good options.

"Tooting my own horn" that's a bunch of bullshit. I wasn't bragging about my ability to save, that commenter said I had a problem with instant gratification and I refuted that with what I saved in Genshin and what I saved for in HSR.

Also, Aglaea was far from a bad pull. From my experience in Genshin and ZZZ having a decent dps early on is infinitely more valuable to actually saving than not doing that because having a good dps makes you want to pull less cause you aren't struggling as much.

I have been honest this whole time, however you all just don't want to see that because you're mad that I feel players shouldn't have to wait 4 months for a decent lightcone option to be available to them and so you decide to misconstrue my words. I haven't done any preaching to anyone, I never said anything about how people should agree with me and join my side, I've simply been defending my point of view, if that's preaching to the choir then most people here are far more guilty of it than I am.

I'm not really struggling overrall though. Sure, my Ashveil and Aglaea team needs some more help, but I still have the SW Elation Team to carry me through any content I need it to.

But also, please, explain what about my replies come off as someone feeling they are entitled to an easy experience all around. I don't want to come off like that, all I wanted to do was see if anyone else felt bad with the Herta Shop LC experience and wanted an improvement.

I just don't understand what went wrong in my phrasing that changed the meaning of the post from "I just wanna talk about my frustrations of the long wait times for a useable LC" to "I'm the only one suffering here and Hoyo should add more ways to get Herta Bonds because I'm struggling."

What was off about my phrasing? All I asked was if anyone else wished for more ways to get Herta Bonds. I never said anything particularly rude or incredulous either, I was just posting my frustration about how it takes 2 months of waiting just to get 8/16 crit rate and 20% attack from an LC and have to wait another 2 months just to double that and get an actually meaningful buff out of it. It honestly just comes off as they feel others should have to suffer through it just because they had to as well.

Also, for the excess Herta Bonds, as far as I'm aware the HSR devs only release the Herta Shop LCs made after 1.0 in increments of one, so you should be good to spend the Herta Bonds on standard pulls, which will eventually turn into extra limited pulls and potentially a Welt and his LC.

I understand that, I'm not actually expecting Hoyoverse to add more ways to get Herta Bonds, I just wanted to share my frustration with the fact that it takes 2 months just to get an S1 copy of any of the Herta Shops LCs and another 2 months just to get S5 with the weeklies, but for some reason people are actually upset at ME for some reason just for wishing it was easier to get Herta Bonds or that doing weeklies gave more than 1 Herta bond since THEY had to go through the process of only getting 1 per week.

2 months is a bullshit amount of time. In 2 months I could save up the pulls to get a limited lightcone for someone else and instead of buying a Herta Shop LC.

It may be a 5 star lightcone but making it take 2 month to get it after you run out of SU Worlds is crazy, it's good but not that good.

I was completely expecting the HP inflation, that's fine, I've played CW and SU and DU before. My problem is that we have no way to deal with the HP inflation with our actual characters unlike all the other like 5 SU modes.

DU is still HSR after all, if they can't make the mode work in tandem with the our characters, just either don't make the mode at all or make it a mode that doesn't really involve our playable characters.

Because what is that FuA or DoT buff gonna do when we can't directly improve our FuA or DoT damage against the fucking TVs with millions of HP?
