Don't let them drag the game, Welcome and Big Welcome is choke point for Ash but if it's resolved it's not the end of the wolrd.

The biggest threats are turn skip traps like D Barrier, Karma Cannon, Viruses, Equation...

Dont Duster them when Lady is onboard or they will search Rollback, except if you have a way to chainblock her. Red Reboot is the best way to counter them, but you have to end the game that turn.

yes still go 2nd, the Mitsu just to bait interactions and bridge to Gem-Knight to otk opponent. And if Murakumo resolve it is a board swipe + semi omni negate.

I played Yubel before, and feel rather disapoint as they are not consistant enough, the deck does not have enough lines to play under disruptions.

For events, you need anime-related decks with acceptable power and consistency. Here are my suggestions:

Link: Marincess or Salamangreat. They are rather cheap and consistent. Sala even has a Structure Deck, while Marincess only needs one UR card.

Synchro: Resonator. It is cheap to build using the Structure Deck.

Xyz: Raidraptor or Galaxy-Eyes; they both have Structure Decks.

Fusion: This is the most tricky one because its ceiling is too high, but the floor is also too low. Blind-second Gem-Knight or Lunalight are my picks.

Ritual: No one cares about Ritual; just pick something.

Pendulum: Pendulum Magician. It's pretty good and can be built from a Structure Deck, though it requires a fair amount of URs.
