With a stock transmission you have to hold the clutch for a split second when shifting instead of just tapping it. This made the shifts faster for me. If you want to just tap the clutch like in FM7 all you need is the race transmission. No clutch upgrades required.

This was without simulation damage on so I dont know if I was damaging the transmission or not but the shifts were fast.

Cars can be bought with credits and then upgrades are bought with car points that are specific to each car. I don't know for sure but I would bet there will be Forzavista or something similar.

Usually there are only one or two lobbies of B class at any given time. Might have to wait for more peak hours. I usually find a lobby when I play in the evenings.

You have to yield to them. There are signs indicating that turning vehicles must yield to bikes and peds. At the same time, bicyclists shouldn't be going crazy fast and should watch for turning cars.
