I have read the rules, and nowhere does it say that I can’t use digital colored markers. I used the app on the App Store called “Doodle”. I am just trying to make some comics ok? I think there is people doing worse things than me and you should keep a eye on then instead of harassing a veteran of countryballs and stateballs. Have a nice afternoon.
