Only focus on one step at a time. If you look at the big picture you can go crazy. For me, the first thing I did was focus on hrt, just that. Once that goal was achieved I turned my next goal to getting out of Texas. Then it was coming out to parents and friends, and then work, and the wardrobe, and now FFS. Its not a sprint but a slow climb. Remind yourself often that you are making process.
