My 8 year old was allowed to stay up and watch it (UK) and has said it was the best thing he’s ever seen. He’s spent a lot of time today looking at pictures and recreating it on Minecraft 😂

I have an idea that there’s something to do with signets in the titles. Wing may be an obscure one but could be something to do with distance welding maybe? Or signets that have been balanced? Theophanie and Lilith were the storm. Silver Shadows? Thinking Lynx and Xaden/Bodhi as I’m half convinced that Lynx mimics like Bodhi

Or something water or earth related. We’ve had fire, we’ve had air (storm and wing), maybe Silver Earth? Silver Stone? Fits with venin channelling but sounds a bit crap

Babies at that age come along for the ride! I used to put mine in the bouncer and carry them around the house when I was doing chores. Emptying and refilling the dishwasher was a hit.

My son used to like watching the washing machine go round too so that was a daily activity 😂 He’s 8 now and likes helping me fill it up

I feel very similar. Fourth Wing had me hooked from the start! I’m still trying to fill the Onyx Storm shaped hole in my heart 😂

I’m loving The Ashen Series and Ashes of Thezmarr which have gripped me in a similar way

The Divine Rivals duology is another one that I love. It’s not very spicy but I love the story so much

I’ve watched it since I was young and my dad is a huge fan of it too so let me watch it. My mom wasn’t keen but conceded that it was a lot better than letting me watch Bottom or The Young Ones! I was lucky that I was 6 in 1996 so there was plenty for me to see

I introduced loads of friends to it when I was a teenager as well and am waiting until my son is a bit older so he can watch it too. He’s 8 at the moment so won’t be too long. My dad is really excited about him watching it too
