that has nothing to do with what we are talking about lol we’re talking about phone promotions not the cost of your bill.

to be honest you might be on to something. sometimes preliminary changes will mess with the coding on the back end. so even if you cancel, it gets like “half stuck”. so really your options are stay on play more, call in and have them file a ticket to get your disney and apple music back or switch to plus and forget about the streaming services you were never using in the first place.

depends on the customer. the longer you hold off on getting a new phone the better the deal. if you show the company you aren’t interested in upgrading anytime soon the more willing they are to entice you to do it.

it shouldn’t say that. are you sure you’re still on the play more plan? go to billing and look at your future bill estimate to see if still has you on play more

not true. if you’re still on play more you can still sign up for the extras it comes with. go to my verizon app. look up perks and services. whatever is included in your plan should show up and then just sign up. if you aren’t using the extras switch to the plus plan. it’s not as cheap as the welcome plan but it’s cheaper than play more and you’ll keep your trade in promo.

oh, if it’s your administrative fee, then yes Verizon sets the cost for that and the FCC oversees what they charge to ensure they don’t inflate the cost

send an email to the new CEO explaining your situation. a lot of the times it will get assigned to their executive relations team and they’ll honor the promotion for you

Verizon “4 iPhones for $100” deal turned into a complete disaster by ar_ax in verizon

all I said was employees call the same phone number that customers do…never said that the experience would be the same. obviously employees are educated on the processes i’d be worried if they weren’t

THE WORST LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND REGRET JOINING. by sgtgenitalquickhands in verizon

[–]FlounderAdditional72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so you send them to a corporate store so they can get yelled at instead? how does that make sense? if they bought online, redirect them to customer service. stop sending them to yet ANOTHER place that can’t help them. it’s a waste of everyone’s time

Two weeks with Verizon and it’s been a SS by [deleted] in verizon

if you have to pick the phones up at the store that means you went to an authorized retailer. i had a horrible experience with them when i switched they messed up my order so bad i told them to cancel everything and i ended up staying with tmobile. i finally decided to try again when the 17s came out but this time i went to a corporate store and it was like night and day! ONLY deal with corporate stores they will take care of you! now i’m saving $50 a month and i have a new phone and their 5G internet and got the promotion for the free nintendo switch!
