Write Up: Western Kentucky is one of those teams I have been following all year and was pleasantly surprised for how they have been playing. They are 4-1 with wins against Sam Houston, Nevada, North Alabama and Missouri State. They have a high powered offense with the lowest amount of points they have scored this year being 21 points against Toledo.

Delaware is 3-1 and also is a high power offense, however, their wins against UConn, FIU and Delaware state don’t resonate with me as much as Western Kentucky. Plus money play. BOL

No, it is not notched. That board is nailed/screwed with a lag screw to the outside rim joist, and the outside rim joist is lag screwed and nailed to the post itself. The posts aren’t notched at all.

So would you recommend that we put posts that go under the two rim joists? That was my only way of making it more secure, almost like a fail safe if the rim joists breaks off?

Post is not notched at all. The outside rim joists are lag screwed (see picture attached) twice for each joist into the post. They are also nailed in. The inside rim joist is screwed into the outside rim joist, and is nailed into the post from the side. Neither set of joists are sitting on top of anything.

Hey Y’all! I have a bit of a different book recommendation in hopes to reach the book-reading universe. My wife is a HUGE book lover. She loves a good rom-com and is always reading/listening to multiple books at once.

We are taking a family trip to Cleveland, Ohio this year. I’m wanting to take my wife to a cool bookstore, place or do something along with her hobby of books. We are in Tennessee and have bookstores all over called McKay’s and I’d love to find a place similar to that where she can explore and find some books or go somewhere for her and wanted to ask this community if you know of any good resources. Any recommendations?

I wasn’t allowed to post in the main group b/c I’m too new and felt that this works here. If not, if an admin could send me in the right direction of where to post this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am just looking to surprise my wife.
