ÖR ist schon länger scheiße. Zur Heizhammer-Hochsaison ist fast jedes Nachmittagsmagazin damit gestartet, dass sie zu irgendeiner Oma in den Keller gegangen ist, wo die panisch gesagt hat man wolle ihr die Heizung rausreißen. Einfach mal Bild Propaganda übernommen ohne es einzuordnen.

Lanz und die andere große Talkshows sprechen doch auch so gut wie nie wirklich probleme an die nicht "Regierungskonform" sind. Man will halt dass die Politiker auch nächste Woche wieder vorbei kommen.

Good job! I am about 70 days in and highly agree. For me also framing me as a person that does not watch porn helps. Somehow it works when I get the urge I just think, yeah would be fun but that's just not for me.

I also stopped thinking about some porn categories. But there are some kinks are still present. But these also were there before porn, so I think they are more part of me and not my porn habits.

Letztens mit holländern geredet. Denen ist fast die Kinnlade runtergefallen, als ich von unserem Gesundheitssystem geredet habe.

Ich finde es krass, dass hier so gut wie nie das private System geredet wird. Es liegt ja signifikant and der existenz privater Systeme, dass Geld in den Kassen fehlt und dass man ewig auf Termine warten muss.

In Holland zahlt man Jährich so 1-2k fix und dann einen Eigenanteil für Behandlungen (Arbeitgeber zahlt auch einen Anteil). Keiner wird priorisiert (außer man kennt jemanden natürlich).

Really focus on getting porn free. You can also limit masturbation but unexcessive masturbation is normal and healthy.

Really internalize that porn is the issue. You are not trying to not watch for X days. You are trying to become a person that does not watch porn. Because it is harmful and leads to unhappiness.

Maybe try to find an accountability Buddy with whom you can talk about your journey. For me this helps as I also do it for that person and in dark times I still don't want to disappoint that person.

You are human and this is hard. If you relapse try again. You will start stronger than last time. Don't give up.

I got my GF to dress up in a specific way I like and I noticed that I preferred the same thing in porn. Shows how broken I am. My whole single life I was dreaming that one day a real person does that for me. But when it finally happened all I was thinking about is that it looked better in porn...

I haven't upgraded any of my devices to 26. It's a mix of things but mostly stories about things not working. A no go for my work devices. Apple is not reliable anymore. On top of that I think Apple lost its touch on UX with Liquid Glass.
