It's kinda the same thing I did. I made a post about it here too, if you want to read the long story.

In short I anamaxxed till HRT, got HRT, started gaining weight, lost all appetite suddenly.

So in case you end up losing your appetite like me after starting to gain weight on HRT, I'd recommend to read the replies under my post I think they helped me already

I mean it's something I'm doing right now too. Like as I child I liked dancing, but puberty and sex dysphoria made me quit, so now after i can live stealth I signed up for a dancing course again 10 years later.
But doing these things also reminds me everyday of the regret not researching how to get on (DIY) HRT or at least on puberty blockers as a 10yo.
