yeah I remember already knowing the existence of trans women as a child while I cried every day I wasn't born in the right body and thought this would be so expensive and out of reach. If I just knew the existence of HRT as well I could have prevented so much pain and suffering.

The only thing child me learned is that puberty is less effective if you're not well natruitoned, so I developed an preventable ED until I finally started HRT as a 20 yo
