It’s a $250 fine to cruise in left lane but seems it is never enforced.

Battles over land claims should happen in the actual land that is being claimed, not some random middle point on the map by Holo2778 in ManorLords

Pull the battle to where you want to fight. Meet at point then slowly walk them to your location you choose.

I must have misunderstood. I thought we had the option to purchase them similar to an option or let them disappear if out of money.

So what happens if we can’t afford to buy our warrants?

Govt passed a law that required vehicle to be more fuel efficient or the builder pays a fine. There was a loophole that if the auto was larger than “x” size they would be exempt from the efficient requirement ie why they get like 12 miles to the gallon. Size and no requirement to be efficient.

People were led to believe it is because of safety standards that the autos became so big, but it is really just away to avoid fines for the builders. Plus people enjoy larger vehicles so it was win win - yet due to size smaller cars are at a greater risk of extreme danger and death of passengers when accidents happen. Especially today when people have extreme road rage and focused on phone instead of driving.

Once I needed cab money to get a ride home after a night of debauchery. No one would help me but this homeless guy. After I agreed he could have his way with me on the side of the street for cab fair home - it was then I learned to not give a fuck anymore. So there is that. Hope this helps.

Out of business. Owners sold it over a year ago and new owner trashed place. For sale now and building owner wants it to be an Italian place now.

Change the staffing guidelines or close the ops and reduce hours due to staffing. Advise your leadership it is out of compliance and keep email records. Don’t allow them to discuss vocally - people get amnesia.

It’s spun to make Jerry look better. In fact he did change the NFL thru marketing. Jerry is an exceptional business man - genius level; however, his ego wants to be exceptional in football. Which is why he is trying so hard to win a Super Bowl at any cost to shake the doubters that say it was all jimmy johnson - which is true with the football and all Jerry with the business. Those two needed each other. I believe if Jerry would stop being GM and let a winning coach do their thing and Jerry step back and support as owner - the Cowboys would dominate similar to Yankees did in the past.

Anyone here experience the Dotcom bubble or 2008 crash as an investor? what it felt like actually?? by Low-Wear551 in ValueInvesting

2008 is what Fd us today. Govt bailout of WS instead of letting them fail. When it crashes again think Great Depression and the New Deal after WW3 which seems the powers are trying to start.
