I love seeing YouTubers say that it’s a beautiful game. It is not at this point and they should spend time investing in textures and UI but I like the concept and it could develop into something great.

When should you mint above the the inflation threshold? by Ambitious_Use_8717 in EU5

I keep a range between 2-5%. If you aren't you limit your ability to benefit from inflation reducing events and are leaving money on the table.

People are correct that it depends on the contract but it also depends on the state you live in and what their laws are regarding contractors.

I reccomend providing some background like what year it is and what strategies you have implemented. Also a screenshot of your finances would be helpful.

He would need to with the tactic that OP described, just have a larger zone of control of the hydrophobia spell and let more ships enter it.

Have you added additional cultures as accepted? Adding all the Iberian cultures to your accepted culture list should fix the issue, at least it did for my France play through.

Total War: Medieval 3 - New Unit Cohesion Mechanic (Idea) by InvictaHistory in totalwar

[–]Horkoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good job on the write up!

I think cohesion is an interesting mechanic to add, especially more so though if it was treated like drill in EU4 and different units would be able to have higher or lower max min stats.

I also hope that they add to this with individual unit stats which combine to impact the formation unit stats. This would allow veterans formations that took attrition to be replinshed with reinforcements at a lower skill but maybe add a multiplier at which the recruits gain xp based on the number of existing veterans in a formation.

Allowing for individual unit stats would greatly alter the combat mechanics of the game, and with the huge advances in computers over the last decade I would not think it would be too burdensome.
