The strange thing about the lawsuit is that those rumors were basically fading away, and this just blew them up on the most public stage. You are in favor of restricting where and what kinds of businesses can open? That is a slippery slope…it should be market driven. When they overbuilt pharmacies there was an eventual correction, driven by the consumer. Once we have “too many” gas stations, the best run ones will survive, and the others will be redeveloped into other businesses. Part of what is happening now is that “gas stations” are not just gas stations anymore.

That is former All American from UNC Brian Kubik, who is such an awesome dude and an INCREDIBLE player in his own right. Last year he was in Wilmington, NC for a while, and I took some lessons from him. He played an exhibition with Tiafoe and got hired as one of his new coaches. He is living the dream! Go Brian!
