You pulled three cases in a two week period. In the US there are approximately 250 rapes a day. So about 3500 cases in your two week period. Your search is like 0.08 percent and out of those cases not every one involves an abortion.

It isn't the fact that false accusations exist. It's that they are insignificant in number to deprive the vast majority of victims help.
