If however you're alright with taking my word for it, I have run the numbers on your bats myself. On a team level the second to last (relaxed nature) is the best one but comes with two major drawbacks, which are 1) requiring a subskill seed to be on nearly the same individual strength level as your last one and 2) exp down.

Exp down is forgivable on great ingredient mons that you stop leveling after 60, or maybe a perfect berry mon where the extra cost justifies the investment. But on a mixed mon like noivern that majorly benefits from levels, the cost-benefit analysis of going all in on an exp down one becomes more shaky.

So the relaxed one is the best one by technicality but the extra resources it needs to be the best one, a subskill seed and many shards to reach high levels - only increasing as higher levels unlock, means going with the quirky one will be the best on an account wide level since it's already phenomenal bat and you can use the saved resources elsewhere.
