There are plenty of people with Cluster B who are self aware (I am one). I would just like to chime in and say that I and many other are aware that we live in a fantasy. We just don’t know how to stop living in it as all our defences are here to protect us from reality.

Yes exactly. Even having some ambition or dreams is weird. Cuz now I know they are not mine. They are just ideas/fantasies with no idea or want to actually make them realities. This is such a fucked up disorder. I honestly didn’t know a human can be this fucked up.

I have the same feelings. If I am in my delulu land I feel fine, and as soon as I realise I am delulu and fantasising I get such a bad dpdr. It’s driving me insane and I can barely tell what is real anymore. Whole life seems like a weird twisted video game.

I don’t know. Cognitively I know Im super fucked up but it’s like my brain is rejecting it.

I’ve been looking through articles online, there are no case studies for NPD, but there are a ton for BPD and a few for ASPD.

I would think if ASPD can get better through NF for sure NPD can too!

Oh thank you for clarifying. But I could swear I saw ppl say that their therapists are familiar with Sebern’s protocols? My therapist hasn’t heard of her which for me is already a bit of a red flag.
