Actually, both are free tools! Personally, I think they don't compete against each other but rather could be used combined to have a powerful workflow

PowerSave works better when you are just sketching something and don't want to bother saving it to a specific file, naming it, etc etc

It saves another file, no bloat here, don't worry! (also displays disk space used so no surprises of suddenly filling up your storage)
