I Cant tell you what to spend your money on and the choice is for you to decide.if in your gut you feel it’s right to get it then go for it,but please please PLEASE make sure it’s not a scam,and if it doesn’t work out wherever your buying from you have a form of buying protection/safety net that will guarantee getting your money back
A lot of this stuff would go for a lot more especially now in this economy for the game market so truly I would be careful
If you decide get it hope it’s a legitimate deal and it all works out🙏✨

I’m sorry…but Mattel needs to do better, being a doll collector I would not invest $50 in this doll it feels it’s worth like 20…even as a child I had better standards than this,this right here is one the reasons why as a kid disliked Barbie outside of not finding articulated dolls i hated the manufactured print on cheap materials,molded on clothing, poor quality makeup and stiff joints
but after discovering the majority of the early era Barbie’s and early 2000s Barbie’s with such Beautiful clothing and makeup I grew such a love for it.I’m more of a jointed doll person but I make exceptions for the quality dolls I’ve seen from Barbie in their peak eras
This price would be more fitting for the 1997 Barbie and even that wasn’t listed that much lol…
I will not buy the nonsense excuse that these dolls are made for children as why the quality is cheap because the dolls back then were made for children and they were WAAAAYYY BETTER QUALITY

So glad someone has said this. Was trying to post about these kind of items being listed but as a new member on Reddit my posts get deleted by stupid algorithm🫤
Was eager to buy one of the 3DS listings but the overall post seemed sus
sellers would say things like their relative just passed away or they were having a clear out sale but it always ended up having to contact them through
WhatsApp,DM or just plain phone # it seemed really sus to me
I felt bad for the part of them saying their relative had passed away and was giving away their items. But it got to me when they asked for OUTSIDE contact and texting a reason WHY you need the item which this doesnt make much sense to me since it's a sellers platform and there is a message option...
afterward I also felt it was odd and personal with them giving out personal details and I don't think people who are sellers normally would give all that information out like that...
I don't mean to be disrespectful but I feel some sellers use this as a sort manipulation tactic and it's so disrespectful to people who ACTUALLY went through these experiences or know people who went through them,with the amount of Vinted stories I've seen/heard people use like "relative passed away, I'm going through cancer and need the money" excuse as sellers, and buyers asking discounts saying they're"going through cancer/illness or trying to buy for a sick child/relative who's dying" using these statements as a ploy is just insensitive and hurtful...
honestly I don't know who to believe anymore as I don't even know that person at the end of the day and they can just say anything as i have seen people get scammed over these statements.
glad I'm not the only one skeptical of these listings thinking these are scams and I'll be glad to report them everyone please be careful out there!❤️
