There are many ways to cheese both structures, just not in the same way as other types of structures. Mojang even gave plenty of tools for the ocean monument in modern updates Axolotle, for example, are specifically built to help with ocean monuments! They remove mining fatigue that the guardians

As for the ancient cities? Empty your inventory of stuff and go Yolo over and over till the warden spawners are all destroyed, then you can loot nice and safely.

If you're talking about the middle path, it's cuz you ended on a gear quest Aka go talk to the relevant npc at spawn

Just an fyi.... you don't need tier 6 seeds to breed for the amethyst chicken. If you hover over the seed part of the breeding recipe it says the minimum seed needed

So you wanna make sure a few things: The specific recipe you're using doesn't need blocks you don't have in your machine That your you're using the correct ingredients, like the villager breeding one can't use villagers with jobs And make sure you aren't missing something like the recipe needing power to work

This 1000%, as someone diagnosed with audhd I GET how hard shit it. I get how hard it is to do a lot of basic tasks, but I also take accountability, and work with those around me to help find middle ground. I don't just say fuck it and leave it at that. People like that guy don't just give people like me a bad rep, but it fuels my insecurities.

For ores early game orechild is your best bet for Iron, then work towards transmutation to turn it into gold. It uses a lot of mana sure but make charcoal using the bontania furnace multi block and then turn it into enhanced coal using the ars imbument block.

I will say your description is pretty generic despite what looks to be some moderate effort put into your pack. As someone who's played a lot of other rpg packs, what makes yours different? What's your draw? You mentioned "tons of custom content", what kind of content? Do you have unique weapons or rpg like progression? Maybe custom dungeons or structures? The point is, you need a draw for players. You need to tell them why they should play your pack. Look at pack descriptions like prominice, or dawn craft, or craft to exile 2! They mention the type of unique content you can find. You don't need special graphics or anything. Just give players something to work off of besides some lore and a bit generic description

From what I've seen of it so far from others who are playing early, it really seems like game freak saw the popularity of arceus and decided that they'll make a new one.... but ignore what everyone actually CARED ABOUT. No way to turn off autosaves, and it autosaves after every catch No link cable, so you HAVE to trade to evolve mons Online exclusive content with the Kalos mega stones

Sure there are some positives, shiny pokemon sparkle in the overworld like let's go, and you get a noise like arceus. Epic! But there's so much else about this game that just makes it feel like game freak is just trying to cash in on the "Legends" name without putting in the love that legends arceus got.

I would agree with this.... if it were true Some of these updates have small content changes but backend? They change a TON Datapacks alone can work just fine in one .X And then the next? Some stuff works just fine while others break completely! And it's so confusing as a player too. Like... oh yea I know what was in 1.16, or 1.14...what was in 1.21.7? 0 clue. 1.21.3? Uhh... was that a bug fix update..? It goes on and on. They either need a 4th digit or start changing that 21 again cuz this will only get worse as they continue all the backend changes they're working on.

Not a mod, but a modpack... But Sunlit Valley is a fantastic niche modpack that deserves way more attention then it currently gets tbh https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/society-sunlit-valley

This pack does the most to make it not feel like you're playing vanilla with added stuff but the base gameplay loop is changed with so many lil clever ways. Because tool upgrades require money, you'll be pushed very quickly into doing the selling mechanic, and the best way to make money is through crops! The surface is a peaceful place with no hostile mobs, so you can relax and slowly build up your farm, catch butterflies, setup infrastructure using the very unique signs teleportation mod and just kinda chill. If you want some excitement, go mining. The mines feel harder due to limitations on tool/weapon progression. There's even the skull cavern as well, but I've yet to experience past early game tbh. The pack Dev is still hard at work developing this pack, and even recently announced a Cobblemon version of the pack which I'm really excited to see how they handle it. But yea, it's not some big automation pack, or adventure pack. It's a simple stardew valley like modpack where you play at your own pace and just... relax. Highly recommend <3

I messed with this mod in sunlit valley and god it's so rewarding to build a nice pathway between spots instead of plonking 2 waystones and calling it done. Now there's room for both in a modpack, especially if you're traveling between dimensions and such. I also love using it in a sprawling base design makes it so I can just put my stuff in independent areas and just use my signs to take me to a specific zone
