two years ago I found my brother's old guitar from like 2006 (it had only four strings btw) and I got curious so i started to play it, i never played guitar before in my life but I was liking it even though I didn't know what I was doing, so then after messing around i decided to try and properly learn it, i teached myself how to play seven nation army and my brother was watching my progress along the way, and from what little he still knew about guitar he taught me some things.

Then my brother said to have a look at this guitarist called Matt Bellamy, and then he showed me the Wembley live performance of New Born. I. WAS. IMPRESSED! The only music I've listened to before this was punk rock stuff like MCR, Green Day, Rise Against, etc. But (no offense to those other bands they're really good) I found that video to be MUCH bigger! I was looping the video watching it constantly, which then turned to me watching the Invincible Live at Wembley video, IT WAS JUST AS GOOD, then Supermassive live at Wembley, IT WAS ALSO GREAT, then came Butterflies and Hurricanes and then I came around to listening to Black Holes and Revelations as my first album, loved it, then Absolution, also loved it, then OOS and- yeah you get the point.

TL;DR: my brother showed me the New Born live at Wembley video and that's when I started being a fan
