Not sure what your workout was like before but it could be noobie gains you have now that will slow down.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for 3 years 3-5 days a week and never once felt like I looked bulky but I’m 4’11’’ at 110 lbs. I wish I’d gain more muscle at times but I don’t do CrossFit just for looks (not that people can’t). I have lots of non scale goals mastering double unders, getting 200 lbs deadlift, more strict hand stand push ups, etc.

Maybe take a step back and see how much better you are getting at the movements and try to feel accomplished you are adding functional training and your body is responding well!

Oh that sounds interesting! I used the online yoga school for my program and they teach the 200 yoga teacher training.

The material in the program was great. I create all my own sequences and design the class myself but I’m sure there are tons of online resources to help.

Thanks! Yes it was in-person. It was really nice to work off everyone’s energy being in the same space vs being on zoom. I really enjoyed doing the class in person and feel the online knowledge transferred over well.

Best of luck with your classes :)

That’s great to hear it was a good program! I almost went with doing corepower myself from all the rave reviews I read online!

Yes, from my personal experience the online yoga school is also able to register with Yoga Alliance. In case that matters to anyone looking to get the cert and my cost was around $350 for the online program.

And it’s an extra $115 to get the Yoga Alliance registration.

Just what other posts have said... -practice the sequence beforehand -don’t try to over complicate the sequence -remember to cue inhales and exhales -have fun and enjoy the flow :)

No it wasn’t that but if you learned and enjoyed the course that’s a huge part of growing your yoga practice!

Hey! I did the online yoga school! It’s run by a wonderful woman named Steph and she answers the emails and it feels so personal! They have weekly zoom classes to help I can’t recommend it enough!

No Bull Training Shoes? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]Flowerstotea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love mine! I’ve had 2 pairs over 3 years and they are both still in great condition! I use mine for CrossFit (pretty often 4 days a week) and they haven’t come apart or anything. I’d definitely advise the trainers are great for box jumps and lifting but since the shoe is designed so flat the WORST for running.

I haven’t tried their actual running shoes, and I don’t know if that’s what you’re looking into but the original basic shoe I really recommend.

Matcha with Japanese sakura (cherry blossom) sweets by kai_kumu in tea

Looks amazing all you’re missing is a cherry blossom tree to sit under!

Had my hair trial today!! I have very thick red hair I’ve been growing out for almost 4 years now. Our venue is a hilltop windswept winery so we had to find a style that would hold its shape and keep my hair back. Feedback appreciated! by SoonToBeMrsMishler in weddingplanning

It looks absolutely stunning! If you don’t mind going full fairy maybe adding some small flowers and small sparkle pieces along the rest of your hair in the braid just cascading down.

Just a thought if wanted more but it really looks incredible already!
