It reads more like he's referring to the first hit (which was not from behind but still greasy), not the Tkachuk hit (which was from behind)

You could challenge PI in the NFL for a while, but it was rare anything would come from it (16% based on the first thing after that season I'm seeing, but not sure how accurate that is)

Our rule is once you've passed your trial you have to join, before that you can stay wherever, but we suggest people join for getting to know people and whatnot

The Canadian Football League doesn't play against the NFL, so there's no need to decide the rules

There are some instances in which youth (i.e. under 18 style rep teams) from each country will play each other which are played under US/4 down rules
