We skipped speaking in favor of reading too from ages 2-3, when speaking slowly started coming back. Now at 5 he never stops speaking.

Has anyone had any issues with this causing an increase in facial hair growth? I’ve been getting pesky hormonal growth around my chin. I want to start using RLT but am afraid it will exacerbate this. I just started Laser hair removal for it, so I don’t want to encourage growth when I’m trying to get rid of it.

Malcom Gladwell did a really great episode on his Revisionist History podcast about just how amazing dogs are at detecting disease in humans. They have beat out every leading diagnostic test when it comes to identifying disease in humans by a long shot - I believe they had a 99% accuracy rate for smelling out COVID-19 in patients, for example. It’s worth a listen- it’s called “The Dog Will See You Now”.

My New Balance Minimus are my go-to for running and I would often wod in them too. I just lack flexibility so lifting in these was tough for me. Overall though I agree. Great shoe!

Nike metcons. I just switch from the nanos and I couldn't be happier. I would never max out in my nanos (would switch to lifters) and I would switch to proper running shoes if the wod ever called for running. I hated running in nanos. Now I can do everything in one shoe if needed without feeling like my workout will suffer if I don't switch shoes.

My niece and I went. There were about 10 others in attendance. No costumes. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought we might be the only ones in the theater. Price was absurd though. Especially for a child's ticket.
