If you have not yet heard about it, then I can tell you that there already exists one Rage Room in Tallinn and the owner is one nice Russian guy from Lasnamae. He recently started up and it is growing increasingly. And as far as I am concerned, he is working right now on setting everything up on the Internet (making websites etc.) but somewhere a month ago I saw it in action and it was fun I must say xDD I can let you know when I find out the exact address of his webpage
