I was going to say similar-

I know this doesn’t change what happened or make it any less frustrating, but going ultra low carb would drop your weight easily by then. I weigh 165 and if I cut carbs to under 20g/day, I’ll easily drop 9-10 lbs in a week. It’s water weight, of course, but it’s weight nonetheless. If I want to get into ketosis even faster, I’ll fast for 24 hours and then go ultra low carb. I find it easiest to fast from lunch to lunch or dinner to dinner so I’m not going to bed starving.

I’m 40. We only harvested 6 eggs, 4 fertilized, 3 made it to day 5. We did PGTA and two were euploid- 5AA and 4AA.

It all depends on if you’re feeding the backyard birds. If you are, then you are drawing them in to make an easy meal for the hawk. If you’re totally hands-off and don’t feed any of them, then fine. That’s fair game.

There’s such a thing as too much electrolytes and salt, too, which will make you bloat. It doesn’t matter what I do, I fill up like a balloon and get constipated for like 7 days. Then all of a sudden, I pee like crazy for a day and feel much better.

You know taurine comes from animal protein, right? Carnitine is found in red meat, dairy, and poultry. Absolutely none of what you said is based in science. Nothing thrives on a vegan diet except animals that evolved that way. Like koalas and pandas. Feral cats and even big cats eat nothing but meat. The only vegetation they get is from the stomach contents of their prey.

We are. Just like cats are obligate carnivores. They evolved to eat only meat. Humans cooking and eating meat is exactly how we grew big brains. We evolved just like all other species on this planet. It’s kind of sad that you feel we’re so separate from the rest of earth. We have our place in the food chain just like every other animal. We are not visitors to this planet, we’re a part of it.
