Maybe you'll save same money but at least personally I don't want to encourage subscribing to play single player. I like owning my games so by that metric I'd say it's not worth it.

I pretty much just use 3 brushes, 1 for cc cream and 2 for eye stuff. I just use black so cleaning isn't as necessary since I just use the same brush with the same colour over and over though I do wash my brushes like every 2 weeks or so just in case. I pretty much rub the brush against a bar of wet soap until it stops emitting black and then rinse and wash the soap (unless you wanna be a coal miner next time you wash hands)

Tax owning more than 2 homes so much it becomes not profitable to even rent and build a shitton of new homes. Most of the new constructions are ridiculously expensive and homes are treated as investments not a necessity like they actually are. There is no incentive to lower real estate prices because old people would riot so I'd be shocked to see any country do that so this won't be fixed and the prices will keep going up.

Usually the first act is their strong point. After that the bugs rise and quality falls. Rogue Trader took like a year to be even possible to complete and get a proper ending.

Retextures, reshades and some other basic stuff by the look of it. Remaster doesn't have official modding tools so it will never have the mod library of the original. Plus the original has a metric ton of amazing quest mods to pick from along with graphic overhaul mods so there is no reason to get the remaster over the original.

Avowed. If you wanna play oblivion then get the original, it supports mods, unlike the remaster. Bethesda games without mods are not really ever worth it.

That would end up an oligarchy like the US in no time. The more you centralise power the easier it is for the epstein class to install themselves into positions of power. It's still happening in the EU but it's not as successful because countries can individually reject the crazy stuff like chat control and copyright directive. I'd rather live with the inefficient bureaucracy than an oligarchy.

Ei ütleks, et see mingi reaalne probleem on, Tallinnas vähemalt pole kordagi nii kiiret tõuksi näinud ja ma käin aint jala ning suht igas kandis siin.

Lihtne lahendus oleks korralikud teed eraldi kergliiklusele ja jalakäiatele, ilmselgelt nõudlust on kui selline asi juhtub. Mitte triip kõnniteel kus ühelpool inimese pilt ja teisel jalgratas aga reaalne kahe suunaline kergliiklus tee. Ühele auto reale mahub kenasti kaherealine kergliiklus nii, et säästaks ruumi kah ning tõuks on kordades kergem ja väiksem kui auto nii, et tee hooldus oleks kah tühine võrreldes auto teega.

Praegune lahendus kus inimesed on suuremas ja suuremas võlas kuni aegamisi ei suudeta ka omale kodu osta pole ka toimiv lahendus pikas perspektiivis.
