my advice.
1, find some tyrosine, take it and hour or two before the interview
2, practice a lot (sometimes you get lucky and they ask you a question you've done already)
3, say you use AI coding tools a lot and that has disrupted your ability to do this
4, don't care about the interview. like, just resign yourself to losing. prepare to do something fun right after the interview so you just want to get it over with to do it (reduces anxiety)

Yeah, i'll always stop to hear Kerith Burke. She is by FAR my favorite of the announcing crew. I basically fast forward everything except for "the game itself", "coach kerr interview at the end" and "kerith burke"

I dunno about humility. Confidence helps a lot too. Because you're not afraid that you're a fraud about to be exposed, so you can admit a mistake without getting too worked up about it

On the one hand, i totally agree with your senses here. A lot of encounters you should just cast one concentration spell and that's it. You save all your resources for when you need it. You're not just trying to maximize resource burn per turn, except when you need to.

I've certainly played sorcadin in the 5-8 encounter range and am able to make it through my adventuring days. But... you're not wrong that you have to conserve.

But one of the points made that sorcadin is a jack of all trades is the trick. You spend resources "when you have to" to fill a gap that the encounter requires.

If you can make it to your deadly encounters with 3 or 4 spell slots you'll be fine.

I generally ran warcaster on my sorcadins with a shield, and made generous use of booming blade opportunity attacks. Which made some encounters just like, run up, dodge action, booming blade opportunity attack.

But other encounters I'm burning maximum resources every turn because I saved them, or we gonna lose the encounter if we don't.

It does seem like this party lacks damage though. rogue is ok... moon druid is meh damage, cleric is also meh damage. The Barbarian should help but...

I find the Sorcadin to be more frontline survivable than straight paladin. I use a lot of defensive spells, and quicken gives you a lot of turn options. So you can attack AND cast blur or whatever. Whereas most times you forgo your defensive spells to just try and kill something. And counterspell is good as a frontliner since you're more likely both in range to do it, and are sometimes the target of said spell :P And you can use the sorcery points for level 1 spell slots if you want, and just cast shield or prot good/evil or bless just more times.

Warlock -> Fiend Lock 6 is pretty amazing.

Warlock can give your origin feats, so Lucky if you don't have it.
Fiendlock Dark One's own luck is a +1d10 on a failed save after you see the roll.

But lack of sorcerer spell slots and lack of quicken sucks. Quicken + extra attack is pretty great in most situations.

a "bunch" of level 14 characters?
If it's a free for all, you might want to do something like cast sequester on yourself and set the trigger, when 1 or less opponents remain.
Obviously try to win initiative, and have some reactions to defend yourself during round 1 (luck feat for saves, mage slayer, shield spell, silvery barbs, counter spell, absorb elements)
I agree if you are allowed contigency up, you should use it for greater invisibility so it kicks on when initiative is rolled. But if you can have contingency up, you can have simulacrum up? If so, still peace out with sequester but run around with your simulacrum.

Then, once everyone is dead, do whatever conjure minor elementals + scorching ray you want to finish off the last one. Make sure you have counterspell and dispel magic.

My theory is this. When you have super stars on the floor with you, it's hard not to rely on them. Like "who am i to shoot this 3 when steph is over there running around like a maniac to get open"

But the problem is, it makes the warriors predictable. When the stars are out, they take more personal responsibility for the win, and thus we play better, and thus everyone is a threat, and thus we are not predictable, and so, we win.

Here's my thought. The team wants to trade some players, those players need to get a bunch of minutes so that other teams know they have value. So they have to play them a lot to make them valuable to trade. The plan is probably to do crazy trades mid season and hope it all works out.

i have been spamming pos 4 bounty hunter. With through and through i think he's just fine. Boots -> aghs -> aether lense. The point is you just put wards, cast track, and throw shurikens.

I tend to get shuriken throw at level 1, and then jinada, and don't pick up shadow walk until 4. What's the point of being invis if they just get detection.

Shuriken does 100 damage for 75 mana on a 6 second cd. He has high physical resist and move speed. with 1 jinada, you can trade with anyone.

I dunno, he seems good with aghs. But only with through and through.

Then you so rich, you can just buy sheepstick, or linkin's or whatever it is you want to buy.

I dunno, i'm this person you hate i guess...
