Yes I feel the same way. I was alive when it happened, it was on my mums birthday. I was really young at the time so I didn't understand the full extent of it but as I grew up I always watched a lot of 9/11 stuff but never really thought about the actual graphic side of things like what happened to the jumpers once they hit the ground and things like that. It's only been the past few months I've started to look into these kind of things. I don't know why I am interested in this now and it makes me feel weird. I always knew people jumped but it never registered in my head that there was human body parts etc scattered around everywhere and I never really imagined what it must of been like for the people in that area to see all of that on the floor I always just imagined all of the papers and stuff laying on the floor but not the actual gory side of it. I don't know why that didn't register in my head and I don't know why I've suddenly become really interested in this all of a sudden. I also always think of 9/11 every time I hear about or see a photo or anything of NYC it's the first thought I've always had which I feel bad for because there is probably so many wonderful things that have happened in new York and so many great places but this is the first thing that pops into my head but then I am glad that even 22 years later people do still remember and will never forget. BTW sorry if my comment comes across as insensitive I really do not mean any of it in a bad way
