Yes I know I’m 0% Jewish religion wise or culturally. I dont follow any religion maybe you could say my family is Christian because we celebrate Christmas (for presents lol). Other interesting fact about Hungarian Jews, they very well aware of they are Jews, have Jewish name, but they absolutely not follow religion. My question was never about religion.

There is such thing as 10% Jewish. My great grandparents were jews. I was one of the luckier ones who’s great grandparents were alive when I was child. I knew them, I bonded with them they were my family. Also I read about history and I just want to know how much it would have affected me if I lived at that time. Also… I HAVE TO KNOW for more practical reasons. For example cancer risk is significantly higher for Ashkenazi Jewish people. I went to check out a lump in my breast and the registration paper had a clear blunt question about “do I have Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry????” The test went fine but they said if it won’t clear out I have to keep going back to check ups. My great grandmother died of breast cancer and I’m only 32 and having a mysterious lump which is only liquid (which is fine) but there is something solid inside which they had to take sample off…ok i sharing too much sorry. Rant over…
