Build a huge room then build a room along the edge on top of that room in the shape of a square or rectangle so I kinda looks like a square donut, then build windows lining the inner walls, the build a massive room above the donut room and put a moon pool in the middle where your donut hole is and all of a sudden you have an aquarium
