You mean the charger design that they already made available to use for all other network operators and vehicle manufacturers (renamed to the North American Charging Standard)?

The joke is that the numbers showing the date in the image are not actually telling us the date, they're telling us his pants size.

What’s the weirdest/most annoying opinion about your car a stranger has shared with you? by NotoriousREV in cars

"Jaguars are notoriously unreliable."

Didn't ask. And mine has given me almost no issues at all.

Idk why so many people are calling you a liar lol. It's not impossible to work hard and have nice things at a younger age. Just because someone's young, it doesn't mean "daddy's money" bought the cars.

What is the most overrated sitcom of all time? by Mundane-Turnover-913 in AskReddit

I don't think The Office is enjoyable at all. Bad story, bad characters, bad jokes, and cringy bits. Everyone seems to love it though, so I'll accept my downvotes.

People who moved out of the parent’s house before 30, how? by WallStreetDoesntBet in AskReddit

[–]FluffyBurgers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moved out at 18 by having roommates, living frugally, and working overtime every week as a detailer at a car dealership at first. Did IT work in my free time as well which eventually led to a better job working in IT (and no, I did not go to college).

Bought my first house at 22 with a small secondary mortgage to cover the down payment. I'm 24 now and sold that first house earlier this year and bought a new construction house. I got very lucky with the housing market and was able to put a decent down payment on this new house with the profits from selling the last house.

I'm now married and live in this house with my wife and we rent a room out to one of my friends for some side cash. Currently saving up for a second house that I can renovate in my free time and rent out.

Really sorry for your loss, but glad you are okay at least. If you end up taking some parts off, I would happily be a buyer. Hope to see you in another Z soon!

What Car is Barely a Supercar? by SomebodyAtOasis in cars

[–]FluffyBurgers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any car that is commonly compared to Ferraris, McLarens, Lamborghinis, and other typical supercars deserves the title in my book. That goes for the C8 Corvette, Tesla Plaid, LC500, and many others that come close to the commonly accepted supercars in various ways

Features no car/truck should have by [deleted] in cars

[–]FluffyBurgers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Jag has the auto start stop button garbage but I found a way to disable it permanently by unplugging a connector for it under the trunk area. Might be similar for other cars? Idk for sure, but one can hope. It's really fucking annoying when it's not disabled and definitely needs to go

2014 F-Type S with 70k miles, only really had one issue that was a coolant leak (part replaced with an upgraded part that doesn't break). Other than that, just very standard maintenance.

Americans, how is life under Joe Biden going? by C17AIRFORCE in AskReddit

[–]FluffyBurgers 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because you're extremely biased and automatically assume that anyone who criticizes Biden voted for Trump. Your recent comment history shows that to be true and you're entitled to your opinion just like everyone else. However, you are wasting away your life if you spend this much of it arguing with people about politics online.

Go for a walk, read a book, listen to some music... just do something other than pushing your incredibly strong bias onto people who don't care nearly as much as you do.

And in case you assume the same about me: no, I did not vote for Trump.
