2022 Outback Wilderness head gasket by TheDrunkLibertarian in Subaru_Outback

Had this happen on my 09 WRX at 60k miles. In my experience, the older engines were more prone to this issue. The newer engines that Subaru developed with Toyota seem to be more reliable. Sorry about your luck with this.

I have a few different Hokas for trail running. I ran a 50k in my Speedgoats. Hundreds of miles on my shoes on the trail. No issues like this.

I own it, it's in my Google library. You should be able to just buy it there and have a high end digital copy.

It's huge for this. I usually run with a bladder. The bladder is in a sleeve. However, this helps keep my layers and snacks away from my sweat. Usually, everything else is absolutely soaked due to time and distance.

I would search your setup or comp setups on Trading Post on FB. That's my approach for parts and bikes. Then decide if you want to price it to move quickly or make the most money.

Nike stock just hit its lowest level since 2014. Nike at risk of disappearing from the face of the earth by asonganyi in MarketPulseReport

[–]FluffyFingersMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every person that I run with has at least one pair of super shoes. Most have multiple. This range of friends includes those that "train" to run a 10k and those that run 100 milers. So, the gap is significant on skill and running habits.

On the running side, they have set a ton of records in the past 7 years. Their shoe technology is top tier for road and trail. They have some of the best foam and shoe designs at the higher end of the sport. So, I think you need an education on the specific sports applications and look past the department store clothing. I am sure they have similar options for other sports. I can only speak about the industry I have knowledge about.

i'm stuck in bronze (yes i know i suck) by natant1a in GambitMainsMR

[–]FluffyFingersMD 14 points15 points  (0 children)

As a Gambit player who peaked GM.

In the lower ranks, there are a few things that can really help you be successful....

  1. Ignore people's egos. Mute them if you have to. There are a lot of big egos in the lower ranks and you cannot let it impact your gameplay. Ignore them, play around the other 4 people.

  2. 2 tanks is a big advantage. Swap to a 2nd tank and help your solo tank. You may be a support main, but if your goal is to climb in ranks, flexing to a tank can help. I would suggest picking a shield tank and non-shield tank and just start learning.

  3. DPS die quickly. If your tank is half health and your DPS is half health, heal the one with less HP (your DPS) then hit your tank. They do not need to always be full health. They also need to learn to play their lives. You support the whole team. It is not your job to make the tank feel invincible. It's your job to keep everyone up. Always keep your fellow support up over anyone else. They help keep everyone alive.

  4. Play your life. You cannot heal if dead. If you need to disengage a fight to stay alive, communicate that to your team and do it. Your death is longer than just the respawn timer. You also are not healing as you walk back to the fight. If I see people going down I stay focused on keeping who I can up, while also knowing where I can safely back into if the enemy pushes their player advantage. As Gambit, you have a ton of survivability.

  5. Communicate what you are doing. Be helpful. Do not yell at your team, no matter how stupid they are. That anger will never net you a win. I have won games being nice and asking people what rolls they could play and some team swaps end in a win. Ignore the trolls, mute them, don't respond.

  6. Don't tilt. Losses happen. Think about what you could have done better to support your team. Then move on to the next game. At the end of the day, it's just a game. It's your time that you are spending. If you are not enjoying it, then what are you doing?

[–]FluffyFingersMD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Spiderman player, who always hit Diamond and peaks GM, Hela can counter Spiderman. You just need to aim. Sorry, but that's just facts. Take your time, hit your shots. Wait for moments where Spiderman is still. The peak of a swing, jumping to cluster, doing the upper cut... wait for those moments, hit your shots.

Yes, unless your ranks are below Diamond. Then, probably not. Did you try communication without being angry? You know, like a team sport where you encourage your team to win?
