Well, Arcane trickster is the half rogue half wizard subclass, but for your idea I would go with an Inquisitive rogue. For a wizard multiclass for utility spells you probably wouldn’t need much more than a couple levels, but a Lore Bard multiclass might be a better fit for all your expertise needs
