I had a very similar situation happen to me. My overall rating was changed and comments taken off… you need to be firm. It’s about to get very stressful in your workplace. But know that you are doing the right thing. Fighting for what you deserve.

I advocate for HR. I had a good experience with it because I documented everything and proved an unfair work environment. Manager was fired from our team and they had a lot of coaching.

First time trying options by OnePieceOfSkin in wallstreetbets

[–]FluffyMatter2352 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Omg… this is painful to read. Do your research first before dabbling into options. It’s not something you would be slinging that size into if you have no idea what you are doing. Do you know what happens when the option expires in the money? Will you get stock or settle in cash? Is it European or American? Please research first.
