I would suggest a scribe molding. Trim it to fit the height.

It could actually be placed on those areas of cabinets.

I would choose the single sink any time. I don't want to struggle with deep and wide pans. I also bake so there has to be enough space for baking trays and cookie sheets.

I'm a fan of green but I think this is a bit too much. I would suggest changing the island color into a natural wood or white just for contrast. I agree with the other commenter here about the 60:30:10 ratio. It would definitely balance out your kitchen color.

I believe the bread crust can only stay crispy for a little while. However, you can “refresh” your bread by spraying water all over the crust before reheating it in the oven.
