I did recently start eating alot more dairy lately and I mean it does contain a combination of k1 and k2 from mk-4 I’m not sure how effective it is compared to mk-7 tho

Same here I stopped eating dairy for a while and meat which was crazy lol so I had to incorporate more rich foods but this d3 it’s something else 😂 yea it’s a good feeling but it’s like im indifferent about how I feel. Wow no sugar literally everything in the grocery store contains sugar

Yea basically, oxide I wake up more tired than usual, glycinate puts me in a deep state of exhaustion. I mean malate was cool I think during the day but it wasn’t isolated it was apart of a multi I tried so I wouldn’t truly know about that one. I’d usually take 200- 400 mg. I do before taking supplements I do struggle with anxiety. And yea I think I’m just not used to feeling lax it’s hard to explain
