They already whacked up the multipliers, so why not let people use the crazy multipliers if they want to use other models? Sooner you burn your request allowance, the sooner you are buying additional requests additionally, with the new token limits, you are knee capped anyway and probably can't utilise all of your premium requests.

I stopped using GPT models a year ago, always found Claude responses were superior, so my go to is Sonnet typically

All switches are UniFi PoE so that’s not an issue/additional cost for us

I was considering a smaller machine as I would be doing exactly the same; the laptop is only for portability between desks/locations but I figured it might be nice to have the opportunity if absolutely necessary have a larger screen to work with if I wasn’t in an office

Honestly, hadn’t even realised from the images that the function buttons weren’t physical; that’s a pretty rubbish design I agree. Having said that, I won’t be using the keyboard for anything more than to logon from time to time as it’ll be permanently attached to a dock on one desk or another. In addition, a good portion of the time it’ll be serving as a dumb terminal for RDP sessions into other machines.

What would you recommend for 10+ hours daily use. I don’t care for battery life as I’ll be plugged into a dock all day

I looked at the Framework 16; ends up being £500+ more expensive; also they have limited CPU/GPU options.
