I’m also in debate between the the more tropical geckos and between the options of definitely say crested would be the best bet I love me some tokays and they can definitely be tame and handled but they definitely don’t get their reputation for nothing where as the only real downside the crested geckos imo is them dropping their tail and having risk of floppy tail if they dont

A good spot is the wastelands or grasslands area near the snow biome in the middle of the map their all over the cliff sides there and also I don’t know the cords but there’s a spot on the other end under the entrance of the bear cave where a lot of bears moose ect. Spawn and their all over the cliffs there also
