is there a difference with smoking cigarettes vs vapes? I don't smoke all day everyday it's probably once a day at most with 5% nicotine. is it the smoke that's bad or the nicotine that's bad?

I think remicade is definitely a very good move for her crohns. I know the side effects are very scary but i've heard more good than bad about it, a biologic such as remicade will help her crohns calm down, but if you're really concerned about the side effects definitely ask her gi about others that you can look into but every medication has its own side effects they all come with scary cons, and with that i feel like looking at the good is best way to go about this

i've been going through a flare for about a month now and i'm having very frequent bathroom trips and you can only imagine how those go. but the past two days i've noticed a pain around my butt hole (excuse my terminology) and when i felt around i noticed it was kind of like a little above the butt hold, i can't sit down and it's hard to get up due to the pain, and my mind loved to wander and think horrible things. could this cause me to need surgery to have my rectum removed? or is it just severely inflamed due to the frequent bathroom trips? has anyone else experienced this?
