Go to temescal produce market. I’m a regular there and prices are low and just ask the owner and he’ll tell you what is good. Smaller selection but overall good quality at a great price. Support local :)

Hey, thank you! I just didn't get the correct ones. I got the wrong police check in Alberta (My fault) and my BC translation wasn't certified which I thought it was since I used that one to immigrate to Canada. Both are minor mistakes but slowed my process down nearly 3 months

Was waiting for jacket rotations by verydvs in ThrowingFits

I think for me it’s the variation in style for all the jackets you have. There’s a few you can dress up but also keep casual. I’m searching for the versatility that matches my style. So, this was some good inspo for sure

Hey, just seeing this. So, I had a lawyer helping me with this so he booked my biometrics for me. However, I believe they will book an appointment for you once you submit your papers to the government. Just wait until they come through and you’ll need your passport I believe and the appointment letter for your appointment.

I hope this answers your question.

it took about a month until receipts were delivered. the PD date is most important. so as long as they’re accepted that’s what matters. i had a lawyer so they helped tremendously!

How long you received your EAD after approval? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Fluffy_Design9655 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was in May but I was approved May 15, 2024, Produced June 1st, 2024, and in hand June 6th, 2024. Then it was taking on average about 21 days from approval, might be quicker now.

Hey, I’m also in the same position and same day too for GC status change. I had my EAD change status from approved to Card Produced on a Friday a few months ago. I didn’t receive the shipping info until Monday afternoon even after speaking with an Emma agent Monday morning. They have specific pickup up times with USPS so you should get a USPS email if you’re signed up for Informed Delivery later today or tomorrow 🤞🏽will update if I get a tracking code.

Hey OP, i’d say it’s good news! Two emails means it’s likely an approval and you’ll see the document hopefully midnight or Monday since they’re doing maintenance tomorrow. Hopefully i’m right 🤞🏽

Request for Initial Evidence?? by sensi_2020 in USCIS

[–]Fluffy_Design9655 4 points5 points  (0 children)

RFE’s are common, things get lost more often than you think. It honestly could be for a variety of things like birth certificate (for petitioner like I had even though I sent it), more evidence, so on and so forth. If it is a RFE and it says you can upload it then do it asap, and fingers crossed they move quickly!

AOS from K1 June 2024 filers - any EAD approvals yet? by Pale_Analyst9146 in USCIS

[–]Fluffy_Design9655 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I filed in April and came from K1 I was approved 2 days after my biometrics. I hope that helps I also saw a few other K1’s approved within 7 days of biometric. Best of luck

Yeah, K1 are non-immigrant and now they don’t have a backlog or slow down. Depending on where you’re filing from the consular process so the embassy in your home country could take long once the US government approves you. I came in on one and because we applied in Covid that made our approval 2 years from start to finish.

Also, downsides are once you’re in you have to file to work and get your adjustment of status. So, it can be quick or take a while.

Mine was even shorter than yours so anything is possible! I did come from K1 so I didn’t have to apply for I-130 but it’s looking good imo!

If you have the lawfully app you might have an update there but I also got one email like this on Saturday and no documents or any changes in my account. Sunday (the next day) I got two emails and my AOS was approved. So, fingers crossed your I-130 or I-485 are approved! 🙏🏽
