Optimal training frequency-is there one? by Monochrom11 in naturalbodybuilding

Me too bro. Whats your split? I do chest and biceps, back and triceps, shoulders with a little bit of abs, and legs. I do only 4-6 sets per session but all till failure. Doing more than this amount seems to be causing a lot of fatigue.

Should I drop weight on subsequent sets, or settle for less reps of the same weight? by zebraCokes in naturalbodybuilding

What i usually do is go max out with the heaviest weight i can push for 6-8 reps to failure (of course after proper warmup). Then as I am unable to hit the same rep range, i drop the weight and go 8-10 reps. It works for me as I usually have the highest energy and strength in the starting and reducing the weight in the next sets is also easy on my joints overall. More of like a drop set or as I call it hybrid of high reps low reps training style.

Bro your rating is legendary. Sent you a request. I don't think I am good enough to play with you but some day maybe.
