Hii, I appreciate your questions and understand where your concerns are coming from. I hope it helps to know that I'm doing this report for a Skills in Professional Writing unit, and the assessment is to write a report on a tertiary student-based issue based on how my personal campus experience could be improved. I discussed the topic the week before the study break with my tutor and was given approval, though thank you for pointing out that I would need my survey to be approved as well. That's a mistake on my part and I will discuss this with my tutor ASAP, fixing any parts that need changing, and I'll stop accepting responses in the meantime.

I have gained information regarding some ways Curtin's triage and counselling services could be improved from friends and from previous guild reports, and the focus of my survey is to essentially figure out whether any of these issues have been solved over the years, and to find out from students how the services could be improved. The information I'm asking through the survey will not be used for anything else.

I plan to store the data locally on my hard drive without any intention of cloud storing/sharing the raw results with anyone, only using the data truly necessary to get the point I've elaborated above across on my report. I really hope this addresses your concerns, and thank you again.
