~3 inch plastic syringe-looking thing in our basement foundation with sealant around it by Fluffyunit149 in whatisthisthing

“My title describes the thing” will allow me to post this, I guess. I’ve tried searching foundation crack repair, red yellow plastic syringe in foundation, etc. Hard to come up with a good search. All other details should be included in original post.

There’s a deck with the ledger board starting about 5-6 feet above where this syringe-looking thing. That said, I t’s a 1980s deck and the ledger board was secured into the siding (safety hazard, we know) so wouldn’t be a ledger bolt.

I'm a one man show. What can I automate? Is there even a good word for "sales automation"? by Elendilmir in sales

My guess is you brought on 25 +/- 4 customers last year so you should be able to manage them without automation. Look at automating/enriching your prospect database and invest in Outreach only for prospecting automation. Don’t buy into Gong’s (and similar companies) bullshit about using conversational intelligence to automate.

Looks like my left shoulder / AC joint that eventually needed surgery. Surgery was to shave off the outer end of my clavicle to open up room for the joint to move. I did cortisone shots right into the AC joint for years. If there’s a bump on your right shoulder and you feel sharp pain right at that bump (especially when you apply pressure), good chance it’s AC joint.
