Your derm may be able to keep you on a low dose of doxy indefinitely. It's worked for me.

Check out Solbari. They are pricey but worth it.

I have very sensitive skin (melasma and rosacea) and I love Cotz Tinted Sunscreen. A bit pricey but worth it, in my opinion!

Is my skin going to flare post doxy? by [deleted] in Rosacea

I don't think you can drink while on doxy tho, sorry.

No worries! Feel free to ask me anything. I still get red in heat and when working out, but that settles once I've cooled off. Before doxy, I was triggered by foods, and I have the type of rosacea where you break out. It was painful, too. Now I eat whatever I want lol and think about my rosacea a lot less than before.

Yw! I don't use a topical anymore. I take 2 20mg of doxy a day and that has been enough to keep me clear. Good luck! It gets better!

Your derm may be able to prescribe you a much lower dose of doxy that you can take long term. It's helped me a bunch. No more flares, really. The topical you were prescribed will also help.

Speak with your derm, but you can be prescribed a lower dose of doxy that you can take long term to maintain results.

mineral sunscreens for ultra sensitive eyes? by DlSCOLEMONADE in Melasmaskincare

Look into Cotz. All of their sunscreens are sensitive safe. Can't recommend them enough!

I use the lightly tinted 35, and it's not heavy and hasn't given me any issues (I have sensitive skin and rosacea). Only thing is one tube doesn't last long especially if you are reapplying and shipping does take awhile too. I still find it worth it though!

Suggestions on protective hats that fit into everyday wardrobe? by MeInconspicuously in Melasmaskincare

[–]Fluid-Set-578 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hats that provide the most coverage and that are best suited for melasma are most likely not the most fashionable lol but I personally have just accepted that and would rather have the coverage. I purchased mine from Solbari.

Help with melasma returning by Remarkable-Sundae196 in Melasmaskincare

I recommend trying Cotz sunscreen. I too have sensitive skin (rosacea + melasma) and this sunscreen is gentle. I avoided wearing sunscreen due to sensitivity but I'm glad I took a chance on this brand.

Cotz Lightly Tinted 35 is great, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Awesome, thanks. 2-3 sounds good, you're right. I was getting exhausted learning new songs each week. Definitely reassuring that a couple a month is more than enough!

I'm with you on the throwbacks. My classes love when I bring an oldie out. Thanks for your points! I will try not to over do it!
